Send an email to info@qwaiting.com to ask for a refund. Keep the phrase "Qwaiting subscription refund" as the subject line. Mention the account's email address and associated company name as well. Do send your request mail within 30 days of registering with Qwaiting to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Period
No refund will be entertained after 30 days of signup are over. Talking about the processing time, it takes 5-7 days after the refund request is received.
