How to add or raise support ticket ?

If you are facing any issues or have any query regarding the software then you can add or raise a support ticket to get your issue resolved, for this go to my account and click on support ticket after this you will be able to see all the tickets there which you have already added or going to add with details, on the same page add ticket button will be shown to add the ticket 

now you can select your issue type whether you have general query or any sales or technical related issues, give the ticket title and write your query or issues in details and do save it by clicking on OK
