Easily Manage your Display Settings, you can update it according to your requirements:
Go to Report >> Display Settings
Now you can update your display settings whether you want to show name on the display or not or if want to skip closed call from display, how you want display tune, how many queue you want to show on display screen, after selecting these options you have to click on save changes to save.
