If a visitor missed the queue for any reason, then his/her queue number will be shown in the missed queue.

If a visitor needs the queue number again then the visitor again needs to generate the queue by following the same procedure, i.e.,
To generate ticket go to Link Module, there is Generate Ticket, click on generate a ticket to generate the ticket.
Then a screen will be open where you have to choose one option from various levels.
After selecting all the levels then the user needs to fill details and submit the details for generating the ticket.
A ticket will be generated with the details of the queue no, date and time and also qwaiting details.
You can also take the print for the ticket.
